Shipping & Delivery

Orders through our seat cover section will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.

For orders that are not in stock due to specific model requirements, seat covers will be manufactured and dispatched within 4 – 7 days.

Custom seat covers ordered through our custom section will need to be manufactured due to their custom nature. Therefore these seat covers will be manufactured and dispatched within 4 – 7 days.

During peak periods delivery and manufacturing time may be longer. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and we are not responsible for any delays. We will endeavour to dispatch all orders as fast as we can.

  • Free shipping on all orders

International Delivery

  • Shipping to all countries where postal systems are available.

  • Shipping rates will vary depending on your country of delivery.

Orders & Returns

Seat Covers – Ready Made

Within our stock seat cover section on our website if you place an order and you find you have ordered the wrong make and model and the product is still boxed and undamaged we can organize a return.

Custom Seat Covers

Due to the nature of custom manufactured seat covers, this product cannot be returned. At the time of purchasing ensure your design and all information is correct as custom work can't be refunded.

Ordering

Once your order has been placed you will receive an email confirming your order. Once the order is dispatched you’ll be provided with a tracking number to track your order in transit.

Once your order is submitted to Strike Seats, it is final and cannot be changed. This includes adding or removing items to your order.

Strike Seats reserves the right to reject any order you place, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Payment is made at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified. Current payment options include:

  • Paypal
  • Direct Deposit

GST / TAX INVOICE

The prices of items on www.strikeseats.com.au are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (“GST”).

All prices include GST, are in Australian dollars and are subject to change without notice. Promotions are also subject to change and can be altered without notice.

Makes/Models

We endeavour to make available most makes and models. But due to the extensive range of seat covers in the marketplace if your required seat covers is older than 20 years old, contact our customer service team to check availability.

Returns And Exchanges

STOCK ITEMS ONLY (Non Custom Orders)

Non-faulty items

Strike Seats will allow an exchange to the value of an item you have purchased within 72 hours (3 Days) of purchase if you have changed your mind about the item. The value of the item will exclude any shipping and handling costs incurred by Strike Seats when the item was first sent to you, including such costs which were incorporated into the purchase price and ‘free shipping’ was specified.

Strike Seats will not be liable for:

  • • any costs incurred by you in returning the item to Strike Seats for exchange; and/or
  • • the difference in value between the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item where the alternative item has a greater value. You must pay the difference between the value of the original item you purchased and your chosen alternative item; and/or
  • • any costs of shipping an alternative item to you following exchange.
  • Please note that Strike Seats will not provide a refund, credit or exchange if the item is not kept in brand new and immediate resalable condition with original packaging and unbroken seals.

    Faulty items

    If you consider that there is a fault or defect with any item, please contact our customer service team and return the item to Strike Seats within a reasonable time of purchase for assessment. Strike Seats will not be liable for any costs incurred by you in returning the item to Strike Seats for assessment.

    If the item is found to be faulty then you may request:

    • •  a refund of the item purchase price; or
    • •  a replacement of the item; or
    • You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, if Strike Seats deem your product is in fact faulty and not due to any other factors that might affect seat covers. Faulty items are only assessed before they are used.

      If the item is not found to be faulty then you will be responsible for all shipping and handling costs incurred by Strike Seats to resend the item to you. The item will only be resent to you after these costs are received in full by Strike Seats as cleared funds.

      Item not what you ordered

      In the unlikely event that Strike Seats sends you an item which is not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your item at info@strikeseats.com.au so that we can rectify this for you.

Item Descriptions and Images

Strike Seats aims to ensure that item descriptions and images are accurate. However, some inaccuracies, typographical errors or misinterpretations may occur. Strike Seats reserves the right to correct such inaccuracies or typographical errors.
